Welcome to My Crafty Diversions!

A few years ago I embarked on a somewhat crazy crafting challenge for Lent. The challenge was to complete 40 different crafts in 40 days, all of which had to be Easter related. I was persuaded by my eldest daughter to create a blog where every day I posted that days craft.

The success of the 40days project (see links) and its blog has inspired me to start up my own crafting blog. I'd rather be creative than do ironing or housework - though sometimes needs must, especially with teens in the house! Nevertheless, there's always some kind of craft project in progress around the home - perhaps the blog will inspire me to get them done.
